Platform Usage

• Prowdy acts as a facilitator connecting Users with Partners, Vendors, and the Rental Team.
• Transactions are subject to availability and provider discretion.
• Prowdy is not liable for disputes between Users and providers.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways.
• Pricing is set by Partners and Vendors; Prowdy may charge a platform fee.

Liability

• Prowdy is not responsible for service quality or product defects, which are the responsibility of Partners and Vendors.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse or violation of terms.

Updates

These terms may be updated. Continued use of Prowdy constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
