Prowdy Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every transaction. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be processed.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Services: Refunds may be issued if a Partner fails to deliver the agreed service, subject to verification.
  • Products: Refunds are available for defective or incorrect items, as per Vendor policies.
  • Rentals: Refunds may be issued for cancellations before delivery or if items are faulty.

Refund Process

  • Contact prowdy.com@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Provide order details and reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services already rendered or products used.
  • Cancellations after the agreed delivery or service window.
  • Issues arising from incorrect user-provided information (e.g., wrong pincode).
