Prowdy Refund Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction with every transaction. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be processed.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Services: Refunds may be issued if a Partner fails to deliver the agreed service, subject to verification.
- Products: Refunds are available for defective or incorrect items, as per Vendor policies.
- Rentals: Refunds may be issued for cancellations before delivery or if items are faulty.
Refund Process
- Contact prowdy.com@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide order details and reason for the refund request.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Services already rendered or products used.
- Cancellations after the agreed delivery or service window.
- Issues arising from incorrect user-provided information (e.g., wrong pincode).
